Missouri AI Coach is a consulting practice run by Alexander Mattock in St. Louis, Missouri. You can reach us at missouriaicoach@icloud.com or 636.634.5920.

We collect only the information needed to respond to you and deliver services:

• Contact details — your name, email, phone number, company and message when you use the contact form, email us, or book a call.
• Purchase details — when you buy a service, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information. We never see or store your card number; we keep a record of what you purchased, the amount, and your email so you can access your account.
• Booking details — scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information you provide when booking.
• Website usage — we record which pages are visited, the general source of the visit (for example, a search engine or a link you clicked) and whether the visit was on a phone or desktop. This is used to understand which content is useful. We do not use advertising trackers.

• To respond to your messages and deliver the services you purchase.
• To send receipts, booking confirmations and service-related emails.
• To improve the website and understand what visitors find useful.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the business:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Calendly — appointment scheduling
• Lovable — website hosting, database and email delivery

Each provider processes your information only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy policies.

• Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails (such as receipts) continue as needed to deliver what you purchased.
• You can ask us at any time to view, correct or delete your personal information by emailing missouriaicoach@icloud.com.

Your information is stored with our service providers using industry-standard security. We keep records only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
