Terms of Service

Missouri AI Coach, operated by Alexander Mattock in St. Louis, Missouri, provides AI consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses: a Discovery Call, an AI Integration Seminar, an AI Assessment, Ongoing Coaching, and custom Blueprint and Implementation engagements. Current prices are listed on the Services page.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
• Appointments are scheduled through Calendly. After purchase you receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link.
• Ongoing Coaching is a monthly subscription. You can manage or cancel it yourself at any time from your account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you need to reschedule a booked session, please use the link in your Calendly confirmation or contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will find a new time. If something goes wrong with a booking or payment, contact us and we will make it right.

Consulting recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information available about your business. Results depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific financial or operational outcomes. Implementation decisions remain yours.

Business information you share during engagements is treated as confidential and used only to deliver your services.

Materials created specifically for your engagement (such as your blueprint) are yours to use within your business. General frameworks, templates and website content remain the property of Missouri AI Coach.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
